Returns & Refund Policy

Change of Mind

​

At Game Labz we strive to provide customer choice and variety, however from time to time customers my have change of mind. Trading Card Game (TCG) Products are excluded for exchange or refunds due to change of mind. Otherwise we are happy to provide a refund or store credit subject to the conditions below:

​

- Proof of purchase must be provided with the returned product

- The return request is submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase

- Return postage is to be covered by the customer

- The product must be brand new condition as received and sealed with no evidence of damage, tampering, soiling and in a re-sellable condition.

- The products returned passes Game Labz inspection that it is in it's orginal condition

- Original postage will no be refunded

If any of the conditions are not met then the return products will be ineligible for a refund. We will hold on to the products for up to 21 days and the customer will need to pay for the postage for the products to be re-shipped. Otherwise we will dispose of the products.

​

NOTE:

- For change of mind for special order items there may be restocking fee of up to 15%.

- For buy now pay later payments, any associated fees incurred due to change of mind returns will be covered by the customers of up to 6%

​

Faulty Products & Incorrect Products

​

Products are inspected carefully when received and pack for delivery. In the rare occasion that a product received defects such as:

​

- Missing product

- Missing parts

- Damage parts

- Damage during delivery

- Wrong products delivered

- Other defects not listed

​

Please send an email to support@gamelabz.com.au with the following details:

​

- Your Full Name

- Your Order Number

- Details of the issue/s

- Photographic evidence of the issue/faulty product

​

All claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Our typical case repsonse times are typically between 24-48 hours.

​

If the assessment determines that the product is faulty we will provide a full refund of the product.

​

Refund Processing

​

Returns may take 2 - 7 business days to reach us. Once received, your return will be processed by our customer care team which make take up up to 3 - 7 buiness days. Approved refunds will be processed and sent to your original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 3 - 5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.

​

For change of mind and order cancellation returns will incur the below fees which will be deducted from the refund amount:

​

Paypal: 2.9%

Buy Now Pay Later Services: 6%

​

Order Cancellation and Amendment

​

Please reach out to support@gamelabz.com.au as soon as possible for any cancellation or amendment to your order with the following details:

​

- Your Full Name

- Your Order Number

- Cancellation/Amendment Details

​

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or amend the order once it has passed the packing process. Order cancellation and Amendment requests will be subject to our Change of Mind and Return Policies.
