How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

Game Labz strives to dispatch your order on the next business day. There maybe uncontrollable circumstances where we may not be able to do so. If your order is unable to be disptached within two business days or there are major delays we will notify you via email.

Where is my order dispatched from?
​
We are an online retailer based in Sydney. Your orders will be dispatched with the partnering courier. At this point we are partnering with Australia Post, but from time to time we may trial different couriers to gauge the service, speed, and reliability and decide on the best shipping service.

How long does shipping take?

Standard Post: 2 - 9 business days
Express Post: 1 - 3 business days

How much does shipping cost?

Flat Rate Standard Post: $10.00
Flat Rate Express Post: $16.00

How do I track my parcel?
​
All parcels come with standard Australia Post tracking services. Tracking number will be send to the customer upon dispatch. At the moment we are looking into addition services such as signature required on delivery.
Does Game Labz ship internationally?

We currently do no support international shipping. We will look to expand our services internationally in the future. You are welcome to leave us a message on support@gamelabz.com.au to express your interest.

What if i don't receive tracking information within 2 business days?
​
Please contact us immediately if you have not received your tracking information for your order within 2 business days. If the order is received by the courier we recommend contacting them directly as they will have more accurate information. If you are having trouble contacting the courier please reach out to us on support@gamelabz.com.au with your order details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I change or amend my order?

If you want to change or amend your order please contact support@gamelabz.com.au as soon as possible with your order details. If your order has already been pack or dispatched we can no longer amend it. Please refer to our change of mind and order/amendment policy for more information.
How do I request a refund for a faulty product?

Please contact support@gamelabz.com.au with the order details and a detailed description of the issue. Photo evidence is required. Please refer to Returns and Refunds policy for more details.

What happens when I place a pre-order?
​
When you place a pre-order product, it means you have purchased a product that is yet to be released. When the item is released and shipped to us we will dispatch it immediately. From time to time distributors may have delayed shipment which may impact when we receive the stock. In such instances you will receive communications from us and we will provide you constant updates on the shipment.
